If the entire constitution is negated by: PATRIOT Act, NAFTA, SPP, and others I am not aware of, Citizens with arms will thwart any attempt to morph the Republic into a dictatorship. I am surprised to see 250 members of the House sign a brief supporting the right to bear arms. 400 of them, thus some of these same representatives, voted in favor of HR1955. A sinister bill even before one analyzes the language. And I thought they were to make, “No laws respecting the establishment of religion.”
My, where will the court go with this one? Keep your eyes peeled on the Supreme Court March 18, 2008.
